  • Upper Arms with 90-Degree Corners (2) help in flipping the tarp over the load. It has a telescopic design to adjust up to 24' truck bed sizes for flexibility. The 90-degree corners are welded well inside the arm.
  • 78" Lower Arms (2) is the foundation for the tarp system that’s connected to the side of a dump truck. It’s a connector for upper arms and supports smooth pivoting.
  • 103" Cross Tube (1) is a horizontal tube that connects the lower and upper arms for structural balance.
  • Plastic Tarp Centering Flanges (2) ensure the centered alignment of the tarp on the cross tubes during operation. It further acts as a barrier between the tarp and the tailgate to prevent damage to the tarp.
  • Spiral Torsion Spring (8) will provide proper arm tension when rolling and unrolling the tarp. It’s installed at the base of the lower arm.
  • Pivot Pin (2) and Spring (4) are for secure mounting of the dump truck tarp system’s lower arm. It will ensure smooth operation and fit on the passenger and driver sides.
