Its worldwide voltage compatibility ensures you can use it anywhere, regardless of the country's power standards (110v, 220v, or dual voltage). Do not store the trimmer with the charger plugged in. Please note that Wahl does not recommend getting the trimmer body wet, either through rinsing or submerging it in water. However, the blades can be rinsed with water after they are removed, rinsed, and dried before reattachment. We recommend using the cleaning brush included in the kit to maintain the blades and apply oil to them at least every other trim. Rest assured, each beard trimmer kit is thoroughly tested for cutting performance before packaging, ensuring the highest standards of quality. While we make every effort to clean the product and remove any testing particles, it is possible that a few may remain. However, these particles are not hair and can be easily wiped off. The unit has as travel lock feature to prevent accidental activation during shipment and travel. To activate or deactivate the travel lock feature, press and hold the on/off button for 3-5 seconds. Indicator light will flash green or blue 3 times when lock is deactivated and will flash red when lock is activated. NOTE: Plugging in power cord while locked will deactivate the travel lock.
